We do not flood your inbox.   You may "opt-out" of receiving anything promotional (that isn’t considered essential to the site) from us by following instructions in your Account Settings page or email messages. You can always send requests to us through the Contact Us page as well.

Keep your information updated and your password secure.   If your personal information changes, you can update and correct it right away through the Account Settings Page. As a Frenting user, we expect that you are providing accurate, current and complete information about yourself, maintaining the security of your password and identification, and promptly updating info when it changes. Despite our best efforts, no security measures are impenetrable. So, like any other secure website out there, you would need to accept the risk of unauthorized access to Frenting.

Frenting is family-friendly, but not designed for younger kids.   We are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. Frenting is not intended for and may not be used by children under the age of 13.
